I was testing some sampler paper with these two. The green and blue is Baohong Artist, the orange and pink are the Academy grade. The colors responded much better on the Academy grade. 

I see a lot of "shoulda/coulda"s with these, but I was rushing myself because I tried to "sneak away" to paint in the middle of the day. Haha. 

I like this kind of painting style. Not sure the lighter colors fit MY style though. I seem to be gravitating toward all the bright and bold colors, which does not surprise me. But I do like stepping out of my comfort zone, so I'll keep playing and trying.
