Sourdough croissants
Was fairly happy with how these turned out, the pastry was flaky and crisp on the outside, with a slight sourdough tang.
I had an issue where the centre of my croissants was a little dense, not sure how to avoid that?
Overall though, I was quite happy with them :)
(also I know I made a mistake keeping the tail of the dough on top of the croissants while they baked)
