I had so much fun painting my mini landscapes with the granulating Daniel Smith paints. It was interesting how they turned out so different. Here are some of them I added just a few pin pricks to.  I used a light box to photograph the pin pricks.

 

This was a piece I drew with markers and was not happy with the streaky blue background.  Adding the pin pricks made the streaks less obvious and the background more fun.
