I bought a box of neon red copy paper and decided to use it for this project. First I cut the shapes then painted mixed media paper white. I glued the paper and then used alcohol markers in the negative space. It was pretty splotchy so used Prisma color pencils on top to blend. Then used acrylic markers, white gel pen, white posca, gold acrylic pen (which turned green on the paper) and finally Kuratake gold ink. This will make good fodder for collage!
