My strong why - Stop drinking
How?
I know that I respond well to routine so I want to use the 75 Hard technique. That way I can repeat the goal every day. Create routine and go through the motions if needs be.
Routine:
Wake every morning at 6am. Shower (as this wakes me up). Coffee, water (3lts + per day) and breakfast. Use a mood journal to keep track of my bed times, quality of sleep and my mood.
Social:
Tell people close to me what I am doing. Reach out to a close friend (Alistair) who has a similar background to me. Keep myself accountable to myself and others.
Keep track:
How do I feel each day about not drinking. What are the physical, mental and financial gains from not drinking.
Repeat the 75 Hard, but add something new to it.
