Blender 3D: Masterclass für Porträtbeleuchtung

Thanks so much for the kind and thoughtful review! I really appreciate the support!

Thank you! Honestly, I was expecting something much simpler from the course, but I was pleasantly surprised to find much more than I expected. I really enjoyed it!

^^ P.S. The motorcycle scene is also from Kill Bill Vol. 1.

Oh really?! That was my first guess, but I wasn't sure! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the class. Hopefully I'll see you in another class in the future!

Hello Mauricio! Your lighting studies look awesome! I really love how you've tested your skills in so many different lighting schemes! You've done an awesome job replicating each one! Let's go through each of them briefly and call out some of the details: 1. Batman: You totally captured the strong contrast between the cool blue moonlight and the warmth of the flames below. I particularly like how you've retained the super dark shadows on the side of the face facing toward us. 2. Jurassic Park: This is another great example of matching the contextual lights from the reference! The strong white spotlight you placed behind the statue is a perfect match for the flood lights behind the dinosaur. 3. Kill Bill: The stark black and white look of Kill Bill is a really cool reference! You've captured this with your use of a single white light in an otherwise dark environment. Repositioning your light to avoid the background a bit more might make your shadows a little darker. 4. Motorcyclist: I must admit, I'm not sure what this scene is from, but it looks really cool haha! I think this might be my favorite render you created! The overwhelming red and blue contrast is so eye-catching! You've done a great job matching the angle of the red light to make it feel like a taillight or something like that. Overall, a fantastic class project! Thank you so much for taking my class and sharing your hard work and creativity with us all! If you have a moment, could you leave a review on this class and let other students know what you thought of it? I'd really appreciate it!

If you enjoyed this class, I'd love to recommend my class "Discover the Haunting Beauty of Liminal Spaces"! https://skl.sh/4jEyX9G In this class, we learn about the concept of “liminal space” images and what makes them so eerie! We’ll use this knowledge to make a subtle and realistic looping animation of a liminal space from scratch! (Please note: This class was created using an older version of Blender, so you may notice some slight differences as you follow along. Feel free to ask questions in the discussion section if you need help though!) If this topic doesn't interest you, no problem!
