This looks great Munchimon (and I'm not just saying that because I'm the reference haha!) You've done a fantastic job recreating the lighting from my intro! Honestly, I think yours looks even better! There's a fantastic level of contrast that you've captured in your lighting set up. The pure bright white paired with the stark black shadows really jump out of the screen when placed on top of the purple background. You've not only matched the angles of the lights perfectly, you also found a great match for the purple. My favorite part of your render is the reflected lighting on the statue's face. This light reflected from their body does an amazing job of illuminating the shadows of their face without completely removing the shadows. As always, a fantastic class project! Thank you so much for taking my classes and sharing your hard work and creativity with us all! This is a really great project, and you should be proud of your hard work! I'm not sure if you saw this yet, but I just released a new class! In my "Create a Manga Style Animation Using Grease Pencil" class ( <a href="https://skl.sh/4mU9OJZ" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">skl.sh/4mU9OJZ</a> ) we'll create an animation inspired by classic sci-fi manga series such as BLAME! We’ll start the class with a pre-made starter file as the foundation for our simple animation. The starter file comes fully modeled and lit, so you won’t have to spend time on those aspects before you start creating textures, overlaying compositing effects and adding hand-drawn details.
