Identifying Waste and Variation in Our Organization
This project applies the principles learned in the "Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt" course to identify key areas of waste and sources of variation within an organization. It highlights both traditional and less obvious forms of waste, such as overproduction and over-processing, as well as critical process variation sources like Method, Man, and Mother Nature. The goal is to initiate awareness and improvement opportunities through Lean and Six Sigma thinking.
