The flowers were painted along with your class and it was fun being playful and mixing media along with you. I tried watercolor pencils on top of wet paint and my paper wasn't loving it ~ but still fun to experiment. The portrait I made after feeling more fearless.. What's the scariest thing to draw? For me that is people and faces. So I used those same stubborn watercolor pencils and gave it a go. It might not seem like it has to do with this class but I was trying to draw a hard subject without fear.

Hi Em This is so awesome... choosing to tackle the hardest subject without fear... (and look how you nailed it!!). But even if you hadn't nailed it, the fact that you experimented and went for it would be the win to hold onto. Thanks for sharing this.
