Better weekly and monthly evaluation

Strong why = lack of planning, organization, and writing has made me waste valuable insights and underappreciate important events and small daily wins
Main benefits = better capturing those ideas, insights, and wins will improve my life in many ways (more gratitude, new ideias, more creativity, more satisfaction, better organization, better planning)
How = For this reason, starting today, I've created two templates to evaluate and capture the main ideas, problems, wins, and lessons learned from last week (weekly review, to be done every Sunday) and last month (monthly review, to be done at the last day of every month). Additionally, I'll fill the first weekly review today and first monthly review on wednesday (Jan 31st). Finally, I'll evaluate every week if it's working, what can I change on the templates, etc. I've put events on my calendar to remind me of doing them, and I'll treat the evaluation time as a commitment
Steps:
1. At the last day of the week (Saturday), every week, I'll use the weekly template for evaluating the most important aspects of the week. I'll add any related tasks to my todo list. I imagine this will take 2h
2. At the last day of every month, every month, I'll use the monthly template for evaluating the most important aspects of the month (based on the weekly reviews, my calendar, and other notes I keep on my note taking software and my physical notebook). I imagine this will take 6-8h, at least during the first time
3. I'll periodically evaluate and change the templates to make the evaluation more relevant, faster, and more fun
Ps: I'll also try to incorporate my big goals for each life area on both templates. In the beginning it'll be mainly text, but if it works I'll try to make it more graphic and interactive
