Aurelia Pacifia - The Jellyfish lady
When partaking this Class, I sat down and watched all of the videos, taking the time to take notes on them based on the step by step process as I would with the previous classes I have taken when Doing Skill share. However, When I have had all the notes I could have and need, I was stuck in terms of creating the character itself. After a while of thinking about the way I would go at creating the character, I ultimately went to Pinterest to search for images, seeing what I liked, and going from there before creating a Mood Board, which was What I used to settle on a theme that I was then inspired to create a Bio out of.

After finding the Top-Center image by random, the theme of "Jellyfish" clicked to my head, and then the Character Idea came to me. I was focused on creating a Jellyfish-esque Girl, coming with the color schemes, talents, and mishaps that came with the idea of a jellyfish, even taking research on what jellyfish do to settle the details. However, You may notice that I left out nationality, and how She takes on the appearance of a significantly younger age than that she is upon reading the bio. This is because I decided to not make her entirely Human, which allowed me to have a little more lenient creation path, and trying to fit in the random Number Generators that I was utilizing when coming up with the age, height, and weight, as I don't usually consider these aspects when making a character.
However, now it's time to do the Hair. When Making the hair, I turned to my Moodboard as inspiration for designs, took a look at the 3, and marked one as the one I would be settling with.

At the end, I settled with the 3rd hairstyle choice, as I felt it had the favorable aspects of the previous two designs, and held more of that jellyfish aspect that I was looking for. As she is more introverted, She was going to have the hairstyle that would cover her forehead, and considering as she swims a lot, a longer, poofier hairstyle was not going to work well in her favor, so having that more middle-ground length for her hair allows that athletic hint show.

And Finally, here comes the color. Here, I utilized Ibis Paint for the Inking and Coloring Process, as I felt it would best implement what was trying to be taught with a digital path as opposed to the Hand-drawn approach I usually go for when taking these classes.
And with that, I thing I can safely say that I have taken the concepts being taught, and Created an effective hairstyle for a character! Thank you so much for teaching this online course, and taking the time to see my Project! I hope you have a good day/night (depending on when you're reading this).
