What strange times we find ourselves in. Times that call us all to stop, more than ever, to breathe, to become still. To notice the mind "stuff", notice the feelings and emotions, the way we react to what we're facing. To find balance. In all areas of your life.

Take this surreal, incredible opportunity to tune inwards, to journey inside of yourself, to elevate consciousness. And in the meantime, let our world recover and take a breath as well...

If you feel stressed or overwhelmed by the happenings of the past months, here's my invitation to you:

Breathe deeply.

Take a deep belly breath IN.
And a deep long breath OUT.
Repeat that 3 times. Do it now.

Then let your breath fall to a more natural rhythm again. A conscious rhythm.
IN and OUT.
IN and OUT.

Just noticing the smooth ebb and flow of your breath.
IN and OUT.
IN and OUT.

Lovely one, you'll notice how your body, your nervous system, your whole being start to shift and adjust, and feel more at ease again.

Feel your body receiving your breath, connect back with your breath as you allow yourself to focus on something other than the racing monkey mind racing.

The following has always been my kind of philosophy or thread through life. And even though it's being tested big time right now, it still holds true, maybe more than ever.

Come with me on this journey into your body, into your mind as we let go of anything that no longer serves us. Whether that's physical tension or feelings of being "stuck" in our bodis - or our minds. Let's cultivate that freedom and spaciousness within that allows us to think clearly, to find clarity, to evolve and thrive rather than crumble under the weight of uncertainty and fear.

It's a process, that's for sure, but we can do this. Together.

Let's allow ourselves to just be still for a bit.
Let's allow ourselves to not be ok if that's where we are right now.
Let's allow all feeling, emotions and whatever comes up to be valid.

And at the base of it all, let's plant the seed that "This too shall pass".
And it will.

For now, let's find strength and comfort in the trust that there's a stillness, a freedom within us, that is always there. It might take time for us to realise. But if you read this here, right now, know that we can always tap into this freedom, even in the midst of the chaos around us.

From the bottom of my heart - my wish for you is to find it, my aim to inspire you to practice, to breathe and trust in your strong and beautiful self.

Namaste, my friend

---

"Life hands us some big lemons at times, doesn't it? It's a never-ending up and down of trying to dodge curve balls. Yet I also realised that: It's just what it does. There's constant change. And that's beautiful!

And so we can make a choice of facing it head on and say "Bring it on, Life!" Whilst letting go of that resistance and pushing-back that we tend to do. Instead let's get into that beautiful flow, where we can just BE, be content, relaxed and happy, too!

Let's lift ourselves up!

Let's get up every single day for the rest of our lives, with the intention to practice being in alignment.

Life is movement. Movement is progress. Progress is freedom and fulfilment.

Yoga for me is a way to navigate - to embody - that ebb and flow in life. With all its obstacles. It helps me to find skills in surfing the big stormy weathers along the way. It's a powerful tool and I'm blessed and honoured you're here to share a moment of your journey with me.

Go dive in and enjoy moving, my friend."
