Want to make lasting lifestyle changes? Feeling suck and need a push to make a change? Motivated to change your life direction just not sure where to begin? This workshop is for you. It covers the process of creating goals and effective action plans from beginning to end with the four classes below:

Week One: March 1 - 7th watch the first video and complete your project. Milestone winner will be announced 3/8/16.

Week Two: March 8 - 14th watch the second video and complete your project. Milestone winner will be announced 3/15/16.

Week Three: March 15 - 21st watch the third video and complete your project. Milestone winner will be announced 3/22/16.

Week Four: March 22 - 31st watch the fourth video and complete your project. Milestone winner will be announced 3/31/16.

Each week all the students that complete the milestone will be entered into a drawing and one student will be selected for a free one hour phone coaching session with me.

I've been a coach for over a decade and am happy to share my skills with the students here on Skillshare. I'm excited to see this workshop help everyone make amazing changes in their lives. Thank you for joining the workshop and I look forward to seeing everyone's class projects.
