To work at a high professional level like I have over the years, one needs to provide not only great photography, but organizational skill. This matters to your team, your client and related vendors. I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. Rather, this is a unimpeachable time management tool will show you can provide not only excellent pictures, but peace of mind and accountability.

I have shot the weddings of Oscar winners and civil servants. Fashion models and landscapers. Everyone deserves your undivided attention throughout the day. This timeline will help you provide it.
In my fulfilling career and have learned the hard way how to provide pictures people want. But just remember, a must-have list isn’t a guarantee you can deliver it. You have to manage time and expectations before the event. You can’t be in two places at once. Learn how to manage expectations in realtime and have this valuable time management tool at your disposal.

You can’t read people’s minds. Unless they ask for a special photo an place it here you have no way of knowing it is important to them. Stick with this timeline to avoid the big question marks that linger over time and space. 
Things like, when are you supposed to eat? Are photos allowed during the ceremony? How to include babies and grandparents in the formals without people falling off during the day. I hope this helps you as much as it has helped me over the years.
