Hi! I’m Abi, a Peak Performance Strategist.

What I do

I run a leadership and training consultancy that specialises in peak performance for executives and teams.

I focus on three core pillars - Psychology, Physiology and Productivity. My approach to peak performance and productivity is unique, and I'd love to share my strategies with you so you can take your performance to the next level and stay on top of your game!

We cover Mindset, Time & Energy Management, Business Productivity, Human Performance and more - through keynotes, training, coaching and consultancy services.

I am so passionate about what I do, and I love to share my insights to enable others to be at their best every day. This means more focus, more energy, less stress, higher impact results, a greater sense of control over one's time and sustainable high performance. All of this helps people to perform at a high level on an ongoing basis without burning out or losing direction.

My background

I spent over a decade in banking, private equity and strategy, during which I honed my business skills.  I’m a qualified Leadership Coach, Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Master Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I‘m also a qualified Chartered Banker, certified project management professional, pilates and barre instructor. I love to combine what I've learned and practised over the years into a unique proposition for my clients.

I’ve delivered training for thousands of executives and teams all over the world - spanning banking, start-ups and tech giants, through to fashion houses, media and hotel groups.
