Hi, I just left a comment on another project of yours. Keep up the good work. Certain "stiffness" is what I usually see at my beginner students and these kind of exercises can be useful in getting rid of that. What I also could recommend is to: - Work on larger size paper. - Make it your practice to hold the pencil further away from the tip and not use a hard grip. - Practice making circular motions with your pencil above the paper before drawing a circle. Make these motions from your shoulder and not the wrist. - Try using charcoal instead of pencils. Same as working on larger paper this should help you concentrate on bigger shapes in your drawing and not get bogged down with all the details. Hope this helps. Have a nice day. :)

this is a great lil way to fill up&nbsp; a few quick pages of the sketchbook as well as&nbsp; help me BEND my figures in general, I am a beginner an my drawings are still 'stiff', this will help me to BEND a bit more.
