thank you, Jan! its a bit tricky, because the iPad screen is so sensitive it kept clicking onto it even thought the paper. But its doable I guess =)

Innovative tips, Mariya! Love it. Yes, Photoshop is perfectly fine. I went through the Illustrator techniques pretty quickly. And using your iPad was so smart! I see you went with yellows. How did you like the effect? Lighter colors can be more difficult in what is already a watered-down medium. I love that it's crisp and fresh. Using the letters as a border was a nice touch! Isn't it sad to only use a few letters at a time? ;) is there a story behind this quote? Or is it a personal encouragement you wouldn't mind looking at on a daily basis? I went with yellows because its a favourite colour, added quite a lot of orange and red, however, to make it stand out against white. I really love the effect, its so cool! Want to try several other fonts and colours too =) 
The crisp effect, I think was achieved in PS postproduction, as I played with levels and contrast a bit. As for border, yes indeed, I wanted put as many of them as possible =) 
About the quote - made it for my husband, but I like the quote as a personal encouragement too =) 
Oh, and about posting first, its also my fist assignment submitted to skillshare =)

Hello Amarilys&nbsp;and class!
I really enjoyed this class =) Love the technique, that was explained.
During the work, I made several adjustments. First of all, since I don't have a light box, I used an iPad for the same purpose. Its not as good as lightbox, but it still allows you to see the printed alphabet through the watercolor paper. Also, because I'm not very proficient in Illustrator, I have made all the selection and composition of the quote in Photoshop. Although I really hope to make same thing in Illustrator some day too &nbsp;=)
