Reference website where users can find and download images of flags.

Built the site according to the tutorial, then added the following
* Added the subregion.
* Added the official name of the country (under the common name).
* Added buttons where users can select either a PNG of SVG of the flag.
* Adjusted images, to make them more consistent and so the layout was more responsive I made them have a fixed height, the cards were given a fixed with, and the wrapper centers the content inside.
