As I mentioned in our review…my daughter and I chose to take this course for our weekly bonding time. I post my daughter’s creation first, as I’m blown away with what she did with her water color sample ‘scraps’ and I love the boldness of her use of new skills in this post.

How cool that her scrap “glazing sample” from a past watercolor course turned into the plaid of the pants!

 

 

I think the style differences are obvious between my daughters and my work. I enjoyed using sample scraps to create a Melania-inspired Anti-PDA hat and matching dress collaged from a small beach scene at dusk watercolor attempt. 

 

My other croquis used samples from other watercolor classes that made far better outfits than paintings. Plus the inside of envelopes to tie the 'fashion line' together.

 

I hope my own amateur attempts inspire other students to post cuz this course deserves more posts of what students have created from the cool skills learned in it.
