I can imagine this doodle so many ways.  Neuographic art in the hair or rainbow waves done in paint, or doodling in the spaces, or one word per empty space, or color pencils.  So many options it would be worth printing it out on cardstock over and over just to experiment.

I also like this one where I just doodles in the border and left the paper doll plain.  I had to stop myself from filling it all in! Or maybe I should have kept going!
