I really loved this class and project! Trupti makes it look so easy and explains everything so well, but I found it quite challenging to make these backlit pines. 

First, I chose a granulation color for the background, which was a mistake lol! It would be better if the background was smooth and lighter, but hey.. that's how you learn :) 

I let the light shine through and between the trees, which was not intended at first. But I liked it so I continued doing it. My son says it looks like some sort of a zombie apocalypse. Not sure if that's a good thing.. ':)

Overall, I'm not completely happy with the outcome, but I enjoyed the process and I will definitely try again. Thanks for the amazing class, Trupti!
