Watercolor Holiday Cards with a Touch of Gold

This was such a great project to work on over the holidays.  I had been in a rut for at least half a year and it wasn't easy getting started, deciding which palette to use, overthinking my color choices.

The first card (the leafy tree) came out a little tight but as I went on with the projects I relaxed and managed to find my own color palette by mixing what I had in this box instead of picking from multiple palettes to have the exact same colors used in the class.

I also decided to use some square cards I had around just to use them up and feel less precious about the paper (they are actually missprinted invitations on the back).
