WINTER ROSE

I am new to sketching and got a bit hung up on doing too many lines (flicks, dots etc), so cut them back and am happier with the result. I first used tracing paper to copy some photos I took, as I didn't have a light table, but that worked fine. I also played with some freehand sketching.

I ended up using 4 of the initial 6 colours, and added another lighter colour for contrast. I think I might play with this one to create some more palettes!

The course was very good to follow, it was great to have some exposure to using Ps for textile design, and I enjoyed the process from start to finish!
