Village of Hope Kenya is a loving home for pregnant teenagers, young mothers, and at risk girls. VoHK provides quality education for the most desperate girls and boys. Providing quality education for the most desperate girls and boys. VOH is situated in a county that has one of the highest HIV/AIDS rates in all of Kenya. the HIV/AIDS rates to exponential growth in this region. The majority of families live in poverty, struggling day to day. As a result, many parents give up their young daughters to early marriages in exchange for a dowry. I spent two weeks there helping with their English, showing them how to draw. I also took photos of them at the academy studying, doing their day-to-day activities and at worship. I also showed some of them how to take photos with my camera.
