Before and after using Snapseed, Adobe LR and Touch Retouch (a new app for me thanks) on a photo taken recently on St Patricks Day after a rainstorm. I reduced exposure on some of the white RVs, increased saturation on the red building and the rainbow itself using Snapseed brush created a slight foreground blur in Adobe and removed the distracting powerline on the right and some reflected light using Retouch.
