I love how this come out, I'm a huge fan of cyber punk, glitch looks and vhs looks (just 90's kid).

I felt like the VHS look would look great with a photo or a video of the city. And now it reminds me a lot of a game Cyber Punk (which is a big plus ofc).

For my animation I used photo by Lennon Cheng ( https://unsplash.com/@lennonzf ). These effects would not look that good without such an atmospheric and amazing photo.
