Task & Project Tracker

My project is a custom Airtable workflow system designed to manage ongoing work tasks, projects, priorities, and leadership updates in one centralized location. I created this system to improve organization, increase visibility for leadership, and reduce the time spent manually creating weekly check-in emails. The project uses task tracking, interfaces, and automations to create a more efficient and streamlined workflow for managing day-to-day responsibilities and communicating progress.
