Here's the class project I created for those just starting out in acrylic painting as well as those at any level who want to make a beautiful painting of a butterfly to enjoy for themselves or give as a gift. 

It's included in my Beginning Acrylic Series I have here on Skillshare, called Painting a Swallowtail Butterfly Step by Step.

I've been obsessed with round canvas lately and have a collection of round decor items displayed on one wall of my home where this project is now hanging. 

After taking this class you may find yourself painting this butterfly anywhere and everywhere you want to bring life and beauty to a space.

Give it a go!  Acrylics are such a fun and versatile medium and painting is an easy-to-learn skill with my process.
