This was a very nice class about creating surface pattern designs in Affinity Designer for the iPad. In this case Jenny explained a lot about ogee patterns and quatrefoil patterns which was very new to me ;-)

I’ve practiced with ogee patterns first: the possibilities are endless. It was very overwhelming for me...

Then, I’ve created a very complicated one, since drawing birds is one of my favorite things to to. Although it turned out to be a little bit more in a rounded shape, I had to stop ‘cause I was very tired.....

Next time, I will practice with the quatrefoil patterns as well.
