OK –- fantastic! But I do have one important piece of feedback for you.  There's a distinction between opening a specific *file* vs. just launching an application. When opening a specific file, then yes, use the "Open a File, Folder or Application" action.  But when launching an application without any particular file, here's what the Keyboard Maestro Help says – and I'll admit that the action has a misleading name given what you're about to read: ******** "Note that [the Open a File, Folder or Application action] is almost never the right action to use to launch an application. Instead, use the <a href="https://wiki.keyboardmaestro.com/action/Activate_a_Specific_Application" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Activate a Specific Application</a> action, which will both launch and activate the application.  If you really want to use this action, ensure you select the Finder as the application to use to “open” the application - otherwise the system may try to open the application as a document using some other application, which is highly unlikely to be what you want to do (except in very rare circumstances, like perhaps opening an application with a compression utility to compress it for network transport)."******** I would implement this suggestion in your macro. Just replace each of your Open "App" actions with Activate Application actions. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions! PS How do you like Capacities?

Thanks for the feedback. I have tried so many PKM's I think Capacities is the best for me.  I understand how it is organized and the idea behind it.  It could be that I have played in all the other sandboxes and cam to capacities last.  For me it has the right amount of structure.  I think I am all I on it. Thanks so much! I try to keep it friendly and fun, but also accurate. I definitely hear you about Capacities. It’s really easy to get distracted by one app after another trying to find the perfect tool. There’s so much cool stuff out there. But there’s probably no single tool that satisfies every need.
