I wrote this song on the third day of my one-hour songwriting journey.  This is a cute little video I made at the time which shows key moments in the process.

This one is a good example of how to find a chord progression just by walking around chords you know - I knew that B major was right as soon as I played it.  This is also a good example of improvising melody- I had to try a few things in the verse before it felt right, but once I had the melody nailed down, that informed my lyrics choices.

I hope it also sets an example of relaxation- don't stress!  An hour is plenty of time to write a song!
