This is an outing with my Newport News Urban Sketchers group. We met at the Yorktown, Va beach area and I sketched part of the marina, beach, a blue heron on the rocks and a few beach-goers. I also captured the George Coleman double swing bridge that connects Yorktown to Gloucester Point. It was a good day for sketching!
