Started from scratch!  Smaller 5x7 format... followed the reference photo more attentively and Malcolm's video was super helpful (while FAST.... but I was able to use the pause button)!  Lots I'd change but as a practice this went pretty well!  Maybe better than the last two of Malcolm's classes I tried!  It does seem like an advanced technique for sure!   I also Checked out the instructor's website and YouTube - a nice body of teaching well produced!
