Day - how long - thoughts
6/12 - 1 minute - focus on breath. Trying not to force breath. Suddenly thinking of covid jab (no idea why). Return to breath.

7/12 - 2 minutes - focus on breath. A few unspecific wanderings, making no sense. Return to breath.

8/12 - 2 minute meditation. Focus on breath.

9/12 - 3 minute meditation. Cat was next to me, so I focused on stroking the cat and the feel of his fur. Seconds before the end I thought of my deceased rabbit.

10/11 - 3 minute meditation. Focus on breath.

11/12 - 3 minute meditation. Focus on breath.

12/11 - 4 minute meditation. Focus on breath. After about 1 minute I felt dizzy and started thinking I might have vertigo back. Tried to refocus but the thought kept crossing my mind (dizziness had passed).

I'll continue to build up. I enjoyed the practice and doing it daily. Thank you Zachary :)
