The comment "my tools are digital" referred to the objects of the image itself. :)

for this kind of things (quick brainstorming ideas) nothing beets good old paper, a mechanical pencil and in this case just some simple cheap kids felt tip markers :)


This kind of low fidelity sketching I use a lot when brainstorming layout ideas.
Most of the time I just doodle a few (4-6) Layouts like the one attached, and when I get behind my computer I already have a firm Idea of how I want to make it.
