This is an incredibly visceral poem. I love the image of the speaker crawling out of their skin and taking a new shape, like a chamaeleon. Very powerful and affecting.

The words themselves are great, so I would add some creativity in the structure of it. Break up the sentences a little more and isolate some phrases.
