Reframing the Familiar

1. Main picture: Tree and Sky

You are capable of reaching the Height you want.

As a highly sensitive person, I see beauty in every small detail in life.

Therefore is for me incredibly easy to focus in the small things and concentrate at a fullest.

In this picture, I see a tree, wanting to touch the sky, in fact, without realising it, the sky is being touched by one of its branches.

This makes me reflect on the true power of resilience, of achieving new dreams and following my inner peace.

I also think that even if it hurts deeply, no one can't cut your wings to be free and feel safe.Reframing the Familiar - image 1 - student project

2. Reframing the Friendship

A friend came by some days ago.

She took each flower with precisely detail.

Her friendship and visit made me reflect on myself deeply and empowered me as an individual with my own voice and decisions.

3. Reframing your own beauty

This picture depicts a landscape with the main figure of a Flower in it.

For me it represents that the world is surrounded by many characters yet the main protagonist of the story is you.

4. Reframing the pain and the Inner Peace

The leave, made me very curious to see and feel its texture.

One side of the leave was a bit whitered, with a brown tone over it.

Despite that, the leave continues to grow, sun shadows illuminate the whole branch.

This metaphor relies on the mean of resilience that allows us to move forward in different stages in life.

In my case, before a break-up occur, this exercise helped me to focus on me and prioritise my well-being.
