1. I certainly need to work on my posture and maintaining eye contact - I will be trying this out in my support meeting. 

 

2. As for dressing style, I dress the way I want to already so I will not be changing that. Unless I am to do a business meeting, then I will dress a lot more professionally and apply your advice. 

 

3. Communication skills wise, I feel like I need to start smiling more and showing active participation. 

 

4. As I said above, I need to improve on showing active listening and actually actively listen. I find it very difficult to listen actively because I get distracted a LOT but I will try my best.
