The team is currently facing challenges with communication, privacy boundaries, and handling workplace changes, which have led to escalating tensions. Specific issues include:

2. Gossip and Breach of Privacy

3. Handling Change and Conflict of Perspective

 

The goal of this project is to address these conflicts and improve the team's working environment through a structured approach to conflict resolution, focusing on the following objectives:
