Time Management

PLANNING THE WEEK

Sunday:

  • 6:20 am: wake up, breakfast, drink water, brush teeth.
  • 7:20 am: Workout for 30 minutes.
  • 8 am: Running for 15 minutes down the block and 15 minutes back.
  • 8:40 am: Shower and change.
  • 9 am: Make bed, mop floor, and dust.
  • 10 am: water the indoor plants.
  • 10: 40 am: leave for church
  • 12:30 pm: lunchtime
  • 1:30 pm: Walk the dog.
  • 3 pm- 4pm: Do a project for a Skill Share class.
  • 6 pm: Make tea for the evening.

 

Monday:

  • 6:20 am: Wake up, make breakfast, drink water, brush teeth.
  • 7:20 am: Workout for 30 minutes. Stretch for about a minute each.
  • 8 am: Running for 15 minutes down the block and 15 minutes back.
  • 8:40 am: Stretch and shower. Clean clothes for the day.
  • 9 am: Do laundry, dust, and vacuum.
  • 10 am: do 1 or 2 projects for each Skill Share class.
  • 12 pm: Lunchtime.
  • 1 pm: Walk the dog.
  • 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm: do another Skill Share project for a different class.
  • 4 pm: reorganize room.
  • 6 pm: Make tea for the evening.
