Hi, Chelle! I do not currently have a printer hooked up to my laptop so I am thinking that for right now I need to postpone my free months. Is that possible? I did order paper and Crayola markers though. I have not begun the course at all, so I would think that you could cancel for me.

Hi Donna! You can cancel anytime by clicking on your icon in the upper right hand corner, then choosing account settings. I can't cancel it for you, since its all managed by Skillshare. I am not sure how they handle the 2 months free though. As an alternative, maybe you can just go to Staples or a copy place and have them print the sheets for you?

Hi Chelle.  I can't seem to get passed your intro. It is asking me to upgrade to Premium. Can you assist/walk me through the process?

Hi Julie! You need to sign up for a Skillshare membership in order to have access to the course. The membership allows you to watch any tutorial on the platform (which is awesome, and I seriously watch classes everyday!). The 2 month free trial still requires a credit card so that after the trial period, if you do not cancel, you are charged their rate. Also, all transactions are handled by Skillshare, and they are not affiliated with The Lemonade Store. Hope this makes sense!

Hi Chelle, I also am unable to locate your practice drills and lower case practice sheet. I have no "Your Project". If I click on my profile, it says I have "0 projects". There are no links located on the right-hand side of the desktop computer screen. When I roll over the "0 projects" under my profile that number is for the amount of projects I've posted. Might you have accidentally put them under only premium content?

HI Jennifer! for some reason, Skillshare doesn't show the projects when using the app on a mobile device or even an iPad. You need to be in a web browser to see them. 

Once you are in Chrome or Safari, etc, click on Your Project. On the right hand side are the links to the 2 downloads.  Sorry for the confusion! If you still have problems, just email me directly at chelle@thelemonadestore.com and I will email them to you.

Hi! I'm actually having the same problem, I am on a computer but it gives me no options to print the practice sheets? Would it be ok if I emailed you also?

I am also unable to locate the printable drill sheets. The link to the practice sheets is incomplete. Once found, I was not able to print them off. This is unfortunate because your instructing style is good for me.

Hi Nannette! You need to be on a desktop computer (not a mobile device), then go to "Your Project". On the right hand side are the links for the worksheets. I just opened and printed them from my computer, but if you still have an issue, just send me an email chelle@thelemonadestore.com and I will reply with the worksheets for you!
