Excellent quote graphic!  Did you add the texture or is that part of the photo? It looks great. Your type placement overall is good as it is close to the main focal point of the image which is the face, so it reads well and grabs your attention.  

I actually like how the type is not aligned perfectly, giving it that grungy feel. Overall, a wonderful example!

I have added noise as a filter to make it look grungy. Also, I have increased exposure to highlight the subject and text of the same color. so, according to me it feels like a same unit.
