Perfectly Imperfect: Dirty Photocopy Experiments

Perfectly Imperfect: Dirty Photocopy Experiments - student project

Here's a little taster of what you can create with our special technique for imitating an old & dirty photocopy look.

This turned out to be such a nice set of lightly distressed images, all of them are somewhat (loosely) connected to the bigger project we are working on (to be shared in a few days, time management, you know:D)

Unintentionally created an effect of a flying plane!;)

For us the biggest fun with this technique comes from putting a number of different textures and graphics together. At this point the look is not of a photocopy any more, but still, all these gritty textures and grain look just perfect!

Same goes for the inverted black & red look, but how awesome it would look in a title sequence for some documentary series (we love the style of all slides and sequences in Netflix's Dirty Money and Explained, so you know where we are coming from).
