ParkEasy is an app idea that helps people find and reserve parking spaces before arriving at their destination.

The idea came from a problem that happens very often. Sometimes you arrive at a restaurant, office, event, or busy area and spend 10 or 15 minutes driving around looking for parking. At the same time, there can be houses or businesses nearby with empty parking spaces.

With ParkEasy, users can see available parking spots near their destination, check the price, and reserve one from their phone. People or businesses that have unused parking spaces can also list them on the app and earn money by renting them during certain hours.

Our process started by identifying the parking problem and thinking about how we could use spaces that already exist instead of creating new parking lots. From there, we developed the idea of connecting drivers who need parking with people who have available spaces.

The business model is simple: ParkEasy would charge a commission for every reservation made through the app. We would start in one area where parking is usually difficult, test the idea, and then expand to other areas if it works.
