For my example project I further developed the oven mitt mock-up.

I decided that I wanted to use a simpler texture than I traced in the lesson. So I took just a portion of the traced texture and repeated it to give a more even look simulating a smoother fabric.

I also restructured the layers to separate out the shading effects from the artwork, making the file even easier to use. I created an Instructions file to go with the mock-up and a promotional image showing before and after:
