Night Routine
I plan to sleep from about 10:30pm/11:00pm to about 8:00am. This is close to my circadian rhythm, just pushing more towards the earlier side because I like how I feel when I am awake early in the morning and can get much accomplished before noon. Although I really enjoy being up early in the morning, I find it difficult to do so because I am kinda in the middle between an early bird and a night owl.
