My new habit

I want to drink more water, because I want my skin and my body to feel refreshed and I also want to loose weight. If I drink at least 2 jugs (500 ml) of water right aftrer I wake up and in the afternoon after I come from school. I want to also add a 250 ml each week. I want to start really slow and build up that habit so I can do it automatically, so I just type 1 habit.
