Working through the exercises in this workshop has very clearly shown me that my must is to express myself through any means possible - through my clothing, items in my house, jewellery, even scents and sounds. I very much need to express to find what are the things that are specifically me, so in a way, I am finding myself and solidifying who I am by surrounding myself with things that make me me. Hopefully, that makes some sort of sense! 

I started this Pinterest board - this is just a starting point and is nowhere near being done, but this is how I aim to express myself.
