I really like your end goal Jesse of becoming a polymath. It sounds like a really fun ambition and it seems you are as passionate about self-education as I am.Now my question is, how will you know once you've become a polymath? Is there some kind of exam you can do? Or is it a case of it being more of an 'informal and fun' goal, like with my goal of becoming an 'expert' in blockchain?

really good questions, as I'm writing this reply, I'm learning mathematics straight from KhanAcademy. Which serve two purposes in learning math. One is to reconnect and fix my foundation with the math needed for college. And two, it's rigorously informal and I wanted to apply mathematics to the real world.  Since my goal of becoming a polymath is my own, where it's purely informal and not bound to formal education and exams. I wanted to have at least five fields of knowledge in order to satisfy my goal of becoming a polymath.

Those five fields of knowledge will be Mathematics (Calculus level), Computer Science, Literature under Humanities, Psychology, and Neuroscience.  In the exercises that I followed in your PDF workbook, I wanted to make it 25 or 50 percent extra challenging by adding a series of habits and skills that are relevant to not only help me become a polymath one step closer but to have established habits and learned skills to take my learning to the next level.   It will never be a journey that ends within my lifetime. I will include at least 20 habits and 10 skills, where at least some will be accomplished by applying the principles from three of Barbara Oakley's books about learning and using the spaced repetition system to make sure I don't forget and applied them.   I wanted to thank you Mike for asking those questions that help me define the actional steps required to become a polymath. Edit: I forgot to tell you that three years from now in December is where I set my intention to become a polymath in that time frame.
