This class really helped me to consider other areas in my life where I need to practice self-care. I also applied a few principles from another self-care class that I took before, where the instructor said it would be best to also practice scheduling self-care activities especially if you would be able to have a huge block of time for them, like if you have a half day or a full day to do so, with frequent breaks in between. I've done this before and it's so amazing to fill out your entire day with your favorite activities. In my experience it has helped me to practice giving myself permission to just enjoy and have fun as well as allowing myself to feel that joy.

It's a free class on a somatic healing & self-regulating modality that helps in  releasing stress and trauma. I use this when I'm feeling emotionally dysregulated and it helps a lot.
